What is the difference between tenant placement and property management?
Tenant placement is a one-time service to find and screen a qualified tenant.
Property management is an ongoing service that handles everything after the tenant moves in,
including rent collection, maintenance, inspections, and more.
How is rent collected and paid out to me?
Rent is collected from tenants and disbursed to property owners once per month via bank transfer.
Owner payouts are processed by the 5th of each month, provided the tenant’s payment has cleared.
Am I able to use my own maintenance person for repairs and upkeep?
We work with reliable handymen and repair professionals who offer competitive pricing.
However, if you have preferred maintenance vendors, we're happy to coordinate with them
as long as they are licensed & insured.
How do you screen tenants?
We conduct a thorough screening process that includes:

Can I choose my own tenants?
Yes, you're welcome to be involved in the selection process.
We’ll present you with qualified applicants and offer our professional recommendation,

If necessary, we can coordinate with legal counsel to begin the eviction process and keep you informed
every step of the way.
